Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)

Your new job
– Advising managers and employees on payroll issues
– Support of administrative and organizational personnel work
– Administration and maintenance of time recording
– Correspondence with relevant external bodies (health insurance funds, offices, insurance companies) and preparation of certificates
– Collaboration in personnel cost planning
– Cooperation with an external service provider to ensure payroll accounting
– Creation of reports

What you bring with you
– Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on human resources or a similar qualification through practice
– Relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility
– Knowledge of social security and tax law
– Numerical skills, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
– Service orientation and ability to work in a team
