Human Resources Administrator (m\/f\/d)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your new job<\/strong>
\n– Advising managers and employees on payroll issues
\n– Support of administrative and organizational personnel work
\n– Administration and maintenance of time recording
\n– Correspondence with relevant external bodies (health insurance funds, offices, insurance companies) and preparation of certificates
\n– Collaboration in personnel cost planning
\n– Cooperation with an external service provider to ensure payroll accounting
\n– Creation of reports<\/p>\n

\n– Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on human resources or a similar qualification through practice
\n– Relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility
\n– Knowledge of social security and tax law
\n– Numerical skills, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
